Meet Sean Post
Founder, Facilitator, Connector.
Hi, I’m Sean, and I’m the person you’ll work with if you hire Post Consulting Group.
I’ve been facilitating groups for over a decade, teams from Boston to New Hampshire, Uganda to Chile, and many places in between. Along the way, I’ve helped management teams build regional learning systems for their staff, supported counselors in Cyprus navigating complex conversations about national division, and led groups of teenagers on multi-day wilderness trips in the White Mountains.
My passion is simple: I love helping people break through the usual barriers that get in the way of honest connection and real progress. I believe there’s incredible untapped potential sitting quietly in meetings, workplaces, and classrooms, waiting for the right moment and environment to surface.
HOW I WORK
I bring a mix of strategic design, hands-on facilitation, and attention to detail. When you work with me, I come ready to listen, thoughtfully challenge teams, and design processes that create space for insight and breakthroughs.
Excellence comes in many forms and from many directions. My goal in every project is to help people engage with systems and technology in ways that let them do their best work. Even when there’s disagreement or tension, I help teams move forward with clarity, respect, and human-centered solutions.
